Through the BBB I found American Build & Restoration. When David came out to look at our roof, he wouldn’t even look at the insurance estimate. He did a complete inspection of his own.
He found our roof was in bad condition, something we were never made aware of when we purchased the home.
He took the time to sit down and explain the issues in depth and shared his knowledge of the damages and causes.
We are barely getting by with all of our medical expenses, making house payments and lot rent. David went above and beyond. He worked with his supplier to donate shingles and donated labor to replace our roof.
I contacted three companies and he was the only one that showed up.
